Lupatech Microfusão, concerned with the continuous improvement of its processes and products and customer satisfaction, is ISO 9001: 2015 and  AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 certified and ensures the manufacture of investment casting parts with nationally and internationally acceptable quality standards, maintaining a good relationship with its customers, employees and suppliers, as well as, in order to maintain ethical and moral principles, Lupatech has corporately established the policies and bylaws that must be practiced at all levels of the organization.

The refore, the manufacturing process of casting parts is controlled at every stage of manufacture, from raw material analysis to final finishing, in order to ensure compliance with internal, normative and customer requirements.

The company has its own laboratory for conducting chemical, mechanical, metallographic, hardness tests and other metallurgical tests for product and process control.

It still has metrological resources for dimensional control, such as: Coordinate measuring equipment, Profile projectors, Height tracing, among others, and also provides services of penetrating liquid testing, thickness measurement or other tests upon request.

The Lupatech Microfusão, in view of its concern to minimize the impact of its activities in relation to the environment and preserve it for future generations, meets the legal requirements pertinent to its activity, owns a licensed industrial landfill for the disposal of the ceramic shells generated in the process, has an effluent treatment plant and reuses the generated industrial effluent.The company also performs the selective collection of waste, separating and correctly allocating the waste generated, and for this the enterprise has a waste facility licensed for temporary storage, managing the waste generated in the process until its final destination.Concerned with its environmental responsibility, it also carries out environmental awareness for all employees and externally for colleges and universities.
